La Peluquería, 2007

La Peluqueria is a short series of drawings designed to be projected on a wall. It tells the true story of women in a clandestine prison in the 1970s in Buenos Aires. After being tortured with electric shocks, it has been said, they told each other they were coming from the hairdressers. The work demonstrates an extent to which the use of humor is able to go and why.

The drawing projection was created for and exhibited in the exhibition „Del Arte no politico a la metáfora de los huevos del tero“ in CCEBA (Centro Cultural de España en Buenos Aires), Argentina, 2007.
